By using the Unwaani application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
Unwaani provides a digital addressing system that allows users to: - Register buildings and obtain unique address codes in the format LLLL-NNNN. - Manage their addresses with floor, apartment, and delivery instruction details. - Generate QR codes to share their addresses with delivery services and other parties. - Search for buildings and view them on the map.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering buildings and addresses. - Maintain the confidentiality of your account and not share login credentials. - Use the application lawfully and in accordance with applicable laws. - Avoid intentionally registering duplicate buildings.
4. Prohibited Use
- Using the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. - Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. - Registering false or misleading address information. - Misusing the QR code system for fraudulent purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Unwaani is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to delivery errors or location inaccuracies.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the application. Your continued use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
